The Catalyst Fellowship
A collaboration with the Cyber Threat Alliance, built to cultivate mid-career talent, deepen expertise in threat intelligence, and strengthen global cyber defenses at a time of tectonic shifts driven by AI and emerging threats.
Fellows don't study the field from outside it. They are embedded inside the global threat intelligence ecosystem — working directly with leading intelligence teams, where their analysis shapes how the industry anticipates and responds to threats.

Our fellowships grew out of #ShareTheMicInCyber, founded by Camille Stewart Gloster and Lauren Zabierek. What began as a rallying cry and an open door to hard conversations became a movement focused on creating opportunity and accelerating the innovative potential of technology — one that operationalizes the tech community to solve our toughest national security challenges.
It has always been adaptive by design, and it has always been about ACTion rather than conversation alone. Investing in people is the form that action takes now.
